A room for a night.

We have rooms available at our home, that can sleep up to six people between them. The diver’s accommodation comprises of two upstairs rooms. One room has two bunk beds, the other has two singles, the single can be pushed together to make a double if required. All beds have Emma memory foam mattresses.

There is a single shower room/toilet for the two rooms to share. Outside the rooms, there is a kettle, microwave and fridge on the landing, with a marvelous view of Penryn and the surrounding countryside. Falmouth Bay is just visible on the horizon.

The rooms are available on a bed only basis, but with tea, coffee and milk available at all times. For evening meals, there is a nice pub just 330m away with the village shop/post office just 80m further. There is a local Indian Takeaway that delivers, as well as a Chinese. The closest Fish and Chip shop is about 2 miles away. For those who like Maccie D’s, the closest is about 2.5 miles away. There is a large Asda with a restaurant less than a mile away, with the cheapest fuel around. Breakfast options are Asda, Maccie D’s or Cafe Mylor, which opens quite early and is highly recommended. There is also a burger van in the lay-by on the way from our house to Mylor, great bacon sarnies.

Best of all, it is only 600m away from Atlantic Scuba’s Dive Centre.

The Falmouth area has an abundance of accommodation available, from inexpensive camp sites to spa hotels. There is also plenty to do for non divers around Cornwall, with places to visit like the Eden Project, the National Maritime Museum or Tate Cornwall.

Falmouth has a lot of restaurants and pubs as well.
